Bathroom vanity

I told my tenant that when the central AC is installed I'll also replace her bathroom vanity. Everything in the basement apartment is as new as the house (6-7 years or newer) except the vanity which looked like it was 20 years old. I bought the stuff, assembled most of it but needed help cutting a hole for the sink etc.. because I did not have the experience or the tools. Grandpa helped and we got it finished today. At one point he dropped a drill bit down the drain so I opened the hole at the bottom to get it out. I went to the kitchen sink to rinse it but the kitchen's drain is attached to the bathroom so I flooded the floor. I quickly mopped it up. My plan was to spray mold killer/inhibiter around certain areas once it dried later that night. Tonight I went in, sprayed the areas (after first pulling the vanity out again because I needed to get behind it), then turned on the sink to clean my hands. Stupidly I flooded the place again because the drain was not attached. I can't believe I was that dumb twice. Anyway I got it cleaned up again and put back. I'm sure the tenant will be pleased, it's a much nicer setup. Brand new vanity, counter, sink and faucet.

Tonight I had Swiss Chalet with Grandpa again. He's been going there every Saturday with Nana for 20 or 30 years until she died. Now he's asked if I can go with him every Saturday so I will. Tonight I found out his grandfather and his uncle were Masons. When he was in the police force someone showed him his mason ring and said "this is what will get me to the top". After that my grandpa lost respect for Masons and never became part of it. I wonder what they do? So secretive.
