My older sister Jennifer from Oshawa came to visit with her boyfriend Kirk. We went camping at Bass Lake Saturday night. It rained Saturday night, all night and almost all day Sunday. I still had a good time though. We had a tarp to hide under. I haven't really hung out with this sister much before since I met her for the first time when I was 19.
I took Bandit with us. He was amazingly quiet the whole time and was very good. I even took him swimming for the first time. I put him in the lake and held my hand under him. He didn't like being in the water but started to swim when I let go. I was there to catch him if he went under. It's amazing how tiny this dog really is when all the fur is matted down. He's growing, I can feel him getting heavier and he looks a bit bigger. Someone stopped me today and said when this breed gets older he'll get really cocky. Oh boy.
I'm in Sault Sainte Marie for the week. I'm training two departments on our reporting system, and setting up a new server to replace an older one. Hopefully everything goes well. Then I'll be back at work for a week, then off on vacation for the next two.
