Over the years I've met several Microsoft employees, or watched them on webcasts. The ones I met in person were sales men and women. One thing I noticed about every one of them compared to employees from competing companies is that they are incredibly sharp minded. They speak very clearly, know exactly how to counter any kind of question and turn it around to make them look good. They seem like very intelligent people. I guess with the kind of money Microsoft has, and all of the competition for a job, they can choose only the best.
